What the price covers, how credits work, and when they renew.

How do Start, Pro and Partner differ?

Start helps you improve an existing site and covers analysis of up to 20 pages. Pro adds competitor analysis, proposals for new content, marketing recommendations and a check of whether the brand appears in AI. Partner covers the Pro features for several sites. You manage the projects in one panel and assign team members to them.

How do credits work?

You spend credits on the analyses and change proposals included in your plan. You see the cost in credits before you start. Each site has its own pool. On Partner, work on one project does not spend the credits of the other sites.

How many credits does a plan include, and when do they renew?

Start includes 100 credits a month, and Pro includes 500. On Partner each site has its own pool of 500 credits. Credits are included in the subscription and renew every month.

What can I do without spending credits?

You can browse the site’s results, saved analyses and change proposals, edit the brand profile, and manage tasks in the plan. Connecting Search Console, refreshing the data, and comparing results before and after a change do not spend credits either.

What happens when I use all the credits?

You can wait for the monthly pool to renew, or buy more credits. We do not charge an automatic overage. You still have access to the results, the saved analyses and the action plan. New analyses and change proposals need credits that are available.

Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

No. Unused credits do not carry over. The monthly allowance renews, and whatever you did not use expires.

How do I get an invoice?

After each payment you receive an invoice at the email address on the account. You add the billing details in the payment portal.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You cancel the subscription with no fixed term and no notice period. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not take the next payment.
