Terms of the seonate service

Draft for legal review. Effective from the date of publication.

§ 1. Definitions Provider — Lemoon Web - Jakub Jóźwiak, ul. Nad Łyną 97/2, 10-687 Bartąg, NIP 8762402511. Service — the seonate application at https://app.seonate.com, which supports SEO analysis from Google Search Console data, search results and a reading of the User’s site. User — a sole trader, a legal person, or an organisational unit using the Service. Plan — the set of features and limits (Bronze, Silver, Gold) described in the Pricing.

§ 2

Scope and nature of the service

The Service provides recommendations based on data. The recommendations are analytical. They are not a guarantee of search positions, traffic or revenue. The User decides whether to implement changes on their site. The Service does not modify the User’s site.

The Service uses data from external providers (Google Search Console, read-only; DataForSEO; OpenRouter). The availability and accuracy of that data depend on those providers.

§ 3

Account and security

An account is required to use the Service. The User is responsible for keeping the password confidential. Google access tokens and API keys are encrypted and are not shared with third parties. The User can disconnect the Google account at any time in Settings.

§ 4

Plans, payment and limits

The Bronze plan is free. The Silver and Gold plans are paid monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are handled by Stripe. An upgrade takes effect immediately. A downgrade takes effect from the next billing period. Limits (number of projects, research runs and change packs) reset on the first day of the calendar month and do not carry over.

You cancel a plan in the payment portal. Access to paid features lasts until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund unused time unless mandatory law says otherwise.

§ 5

Liability

The Provider makes every effort to keep the Service available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Provider’s liability to a User who is a business is limited to the fees paid for the last month of use. The Provider is not liable for the effects of implementing recommendations on the User’s site.

§ 6

Personal data and confidentiality

The Provider is the controller of personal data. Data is processed to provide the Service, to bill for it, and to stay in contact. The details are in the Privacy policy. Data from Google Search Console and from reading the site is processed only to prepare recommendations for that User.

§ 7

Changes to the terms, and contact

The Provider may change the Terms for important reasons, telling Users by email 14 days in advance. Questions about the Terms should go to the address on the Contact page.
