How quickly do you reply?
On business days. If your question is about a specific site, add its address and we'll answer with that site in mind.
Can I try Seonate before I buy?
Yes. Both plans come with 7 days free. After that, a paid subscription starts, with no annual contract and no notice period.
Is connecting Search Console safe?
Seonate has read-only access. It doesn't change your settings or publish anything in Search Console. You can disconnect it at any time in your settings.
Will I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. Prices on the pricing page exclude VAT, which is added at checkout. When you buy a plan, you tick that you want an invoice and enter your company details.
I run an agency with more than 10 client sites. Which plan fits?
Get in touch. The Partner plan covers up to 3, 5 or 10 sites, and for more we'll prepare a custom quote.
How do I cancel my plan?
In the payment portal, at any time. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
