§ 1. Definitions
- Service Provider — Lemoon Web - Jakub Jóźwiak, ul. Nad Łyną 97/2, 10-687 Bartąg, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 8762402511.
- Service — the Seonate application available at https://app.seonate.com, which supports SEO analysis based on Google Search Console data, search results and a read of the User’s website.
- User — a natural person running a business, a legal person or an organisational unit using the Service.
- Plan — the scope of features and limits (Bronze, Silver, Gold) described in the Pricing.
§ 2. Scope and nature of the Service
The Service provides data-based recommendations. Recommendations are analytical in nature and do not guarantee positions in search results, traffic or revenue. The User decides independently whether to implement changes on their website; the Service does not modify the User’s website.
The Service uses data from external providers (Google Search Console in read-only mode, DataForSEO, OpenRouter). The availability and accuracy of this data depend on the providers.
§ 3. Account and security
An account is required to use the Service. The User is responsible for keeping their password confidential. Google access tokens and API keys are encrypted and are not shared with third parties. The User can disconnect their Google account at any time in Settings.
§ 4. Plans, payments and limits
The Bronze plan is free. The Silver and Gold plans are paid in advance for a monthly period and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are handled by Stripe. An upgrade to a higher plan takes effect immediately, a downgrade from the next billing period. Limits (number of projects, research runs, change packages) reset on the first day of each calendar month and do not carry over to the next month.
Plans are cancelled in the payment portal; access to paid features continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds are given for an unused period, unless mandatory provisions of law state otherwise.
§ 5. Liability
The Service Provider makes every effort to keep the Service running without interruption, but does not guarantee its continuous availability. The Service Provider’s liability towards a User who is a business is limited to the fees paid for the last month of using the Service. The Service Provider is not liable for the consequences of implementing recommendations on the User’s website.
§ 6. Personal data and confidentiality
The controller of personal data is the Service Provider. Data is processed to provide the Service, for billing and for contact. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy. Data from Google Search Console and from reading the website is processed solely to prepare recommendations for the User.
§ 7. Changes to the Terms and contact
The Service Provider may change the Terms for important reasons, informing Users by email 14 days in advance. Please send questions about the Terms to the address given on the Contact page.
