SEO tool for businesses, marketers and agencies
Who Seonate is for.
A business owner wants to know what to fix on their site and whether it's working. A marketing team wants content that customers find, without an SEO specialist on board. An agency needs faster research and arguments for its clients. Seonate gives each of them what they're looking for.
Know your business? That's enough.
Do you run a company website or an online store? You tell us what you do, and Seonate suggests what to improve and in what order. You decide what goes on your site.
“I pay for SEO, but I don't know what's going on.”
You see the state of your site and your Google Search Console data, so you talk to your agency about specifics.
“I don't know if what I change actually works.”
After every change you see how it affected traffic from Google, and on Wednesday you get a summary.
“I don't have time to learn SEO.”
Ready-made copy to paste on your site. You start with a few changes.
Consistent content.
No SEO specialist on your team? Seonate suggests what to write about, based on your customers' questions and your competitors' pages. You set your brand's tone once, and every draft sticks to it. It also works for startups and SaaS companies.
“Everyone writes in a different tone.”
Every draft is written in your approved brand tone.
“Our content plan is guesswork.”
Article ideas from customer questions and competitor pages.
“Nobody knows which content helps.”
You see the results of changes on every page.
All clients. One dashboard.
Research and priorities for a new client take minutes, so more of your time goes to strategy. Every client has their own brand profile, plan and results. It also works for freelancers and web design agencies.
“Every client is a separate spreadsheet and a separate set of tools.”
All websites in one dashboard, with a project switcher.
“A client asks if ChatGPT recommends them. I don't have an answer.”
You check whether ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini recommend your client and which pages they cite.
“A recommendation without a reason is hard to defend.”
Every task shows the reasoning and the data behind it.

Common
questions.
Who Seonate is for, which plan to pick and how to hand the plan on.
I have one website and don't know SEO. Can I do this?
Yes. Every task has a short, clear reason and ready-made copy to paste. You start with a few changes, and on Wednesday you get a summary of the results.
Does Seonate work for online stores?
Yes. We check every category and product. You get a list of pages to improve, suggested descriptions and links between categories and guides. You make the changes in your store's admin panel.
I work with an agency. Is Seonate useful for me?
Yes. You see the state of your site and your Google Search Console data, so you talk to your agency about specifics rather than general reports. You can export the plan and pass it to whoever runs your site, including your agency.
Will Seonate replace an SEO specialist?
No. Seonate takes over the most time-consuming part of the work, such as collecting data, the technical audit, first drafts and measuring results. Decisions and client contact stay with people.
How many websites can an agency manage?
On the Partner plan you choose up to 3, up to 5 or up to 10 websites. Each has its own brand profile, plan and 500 credits a month. If you manage more than 10 websites, write to us and we'll prepare a quote.
How do I pass the plan to whoever makes the changes?
You can export the plan to Markdown and pass it to the person or AI assistant who makes the changes on your site.
Does Seonate change anything on my site without asking?
No. You or the person who looks after your site make every change. Seonate then checks that the change is live and measures its effect.
Which plan should I choose?
For one website, including a large store, Single is enough ($71 a month excl. VAT). If you run several websites, e.g. for agency clients, choose Partner (from $142 a month excl. VAT for 3 websites). Both plans include every feature and a 7-day free trial.
